Successful FAT for a Batch of Capsule/Tablet Visual Inspection Machines

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for six sets of our capsule visual inspection machines, marking another reliable delivery milestone for our valued pharmaceutical customer.

During the on-site factory inspection, our quality and engineering team carried out a full range of verification items as agreed in the technical protocol. The inspection covered machine appearance and workmanship, core inspection functions, safety guarding, electrical circuit performance, and English nameplates & warning markings. Each unit ran through repeated dry tests to verify stable capsule sorting, defect detection and rejection performance. All test records were documented, and the equipment fully complied with the agreed specifications and pharmaceutical equipment standards.

This batch of capsule light inspection machines is designed for automatic visual inspection of hard/soft capsules, helping the client detect cracks, spots, deformation and empty capsules before packaging. Strict FAT before shipment minimizes on-site commissioning risks and ensures consistent inspection accuracy for their production line.

The client’s representative expressed satisfaction with the build quality, safety design and running stability witnessed during the test. Following acceptance approval, the machines will proceed with protective packaging and scheduled shipment to the customer’s facility.
